One of the most common mistakes when trying to lower your toss on the serve is this feeling:
❗️“I feel late, like I don’t have enough time to hit.”

👉 But that exact feeling is actually a sign you’re on the right path.

✅ What you need to understand is that the timing changes.
To feel comfortable with a lower toss, you need to speed up the loading phase—the transition into the trophy position (the “trophy” stance just before acceleration).

🎾 Many players try to rush the part before the trophy position or shorten the motion after it, just to feel like they have more time to hit well.

‼️ BUT BE CAREFUL:
The key to lowering the toss is not to rush or cut the motion short…
👉 …but to move more quickly through the trophy position.
